    All our schools benefit from:

    Full access to our HR and Legal Service provided by Browne Jacobson with unlimited advice and support with HR matters

    Full access to our Trust HR Administrator

    Guidance and support with any recruitment needsAccess to our recruitment portal and support with preparing recruitment campaigns

    Facilitation of advertisements through local and national providers

    Advice on performance management, absence management (including Occupational Health), capability and staffing

    Advice on changes and updates to employment law and any new government initiatives

    A complete set of compliant policies / procedures

    Production of contracts for all new employees

    Supporting the Headteacher with employment relations, including with unions

    TUPE - Guiding you through the process at conversion or when taking services in-house

    Restructuring – guidance and support with process

    Training - we will work with you to provide training on HR related subjects, dependent on need

    Various reports such as payroll, starters, leavers or absence

    We will liaise with payroll services to resolve any issues and queries around employee pay

    Effective and efficient client service

    Flexible service to suit your preferred communication style - we will adapt our approach to meet your needs

    Advice on budgets in relation to HR

    Negotiated contract for staff absence insurance - school pays the premium (consistent amount year-on-year)

     

    What is not included?

    Production of payroll

    Advice on pensions (although signposting to LGPS and Teachers Pensions will be provided)

    Recruitment of staff to the school (with the exception of Headteachers) – advice can be provided to support this

    Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checking - this is facilitated through a third party, although support can be given
