As a Trust we are supporters of the Armed Forces Covenant. We are privileged to work with many staff, children and families with connections to our forces across Wiltshire and Dorset. We recognise the particular challenges this can bring and commit to doing all we can to provide the necessary support at any point in time.  Above all, our families and staff know that we are here to support them with our Christian values of LOVE, HOPE and JOY whenever they need us.

As signatories to the covenant, we commit to honour the Armed Forces Covenant and support the Armed Forces Community. We recognise the value Serving Personnel, both Regular and Reservists, Veterans and military families contribute to our business and our country. 

We will endeavour in our business dealings to uphold the key principles of the Armed Forces Covenant, which are: 

• no member of the Armed Forces Community should face disadvantage in the provision of public and commercial services compared to any other citizen. 
• in some circumstances special treatment may be appropriate especially for the injured or bereaved. 

We commit to providing activities and support to our children whose parents and families are serving in the Armed Forces.

We will also ensure that all job applicants who have previously served in the Armed Forces are given equal treatment throughout the process, providing feedback and support as appropriate.
