We are a strategic and forward-thinking Trust, and we recognise that our staff are a precious resource in our efforts to go beyond expectations for all of God's children.

We aim to appoint and develop colleagues who are welcoming, compassionate, highly motivated and who can promote high expectations and aspirations throughout the Trust.  We want our staff to thrive and will do all we can to support them in that mission.

Do you know who your school Wellness Champion is?  What about your Mental Health First Aider?  We all need to take responsibility for our own wellness, but there are plenty of others out there to support us on the journey too.

Using the links to the right, you will find a range of resources to support you.

Although there are many challenges, our reserves are sometimes diminished, and our resilience is tested, our Trust is full of extraordinary acts of generosity and kindness every day, as staff support one another and the children and families in their care.  Together we can do this!

We have signed up to the DFE Well-Being Charter.  You can see the details of this below as well as our own 'Love your neighbour as yourself' document.
