We are proud to say that we are signatories to the Armed Forces Covenant and have attained their Bronze status.  With schools across Wiltshire and Dorset, and specifically around Salisbury Plain, Blandford Camp, Lyneham and Yeovilton, our relationship with the Armed Forces is important to us and we are always keen to develop this further.

We work proactively with our Forces families, through the Services Premium as well as other routes, to ensure that our children and their families are well cared for in every circumstance.

We also actively encourage recruitment to our DSAT Services Team and our schools from family members of those in the Armed Forces and those who are retiring or moving on from the Armed Forces.

Our Employment Manual supports the engagement of reservists and others with connections to the Armed Forces.

We have a number of Governors and Trustees with current and previous experience of being in the Armed Forces, who are a force for good in championing the needs of this very special group of people.
